What happens when a factory goes out of business? Well, the material sits for a while, sometimes it is destroyed through sheer neglect or just trashed – but sometimes – I am there first. Such it was with these rolls of American flags. The cotton fabric is printed so that both sides look like the right side – super high quality – and printed in the US. Each roll has 240 yards – and each yard yields 6 – 4”x6” flags – yes – that means each roll yields 1,440 flags. The fabric is stiffened with some type of starch to prevent fraying – the starch does wash out allowing the material to be tea dyed to look older if one wishes.
